For the second year in a row, the City of Torrance cancelled its annual Armed Forces Celebration, the largest in our nation, due to COVID-19. Because of this, the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce designated the month of May to pay tribute to members of the United States military and honor veterans of each service branch. Many Torrance Refinery employees participated in the tribute photo that is proudly displayed on the Chamber’s website.
A long-time sponsor of the city’s Armed Forces Celebration, the Torrance Refinery looks forward to celebrating the city’s annual celebration next year.
