Torrance Refinery employees recently volunteered with The Volunteer Center’s Operation Teddy Bear program, which helps local students by providing essential school supplies and positive mentorship. Employees filled backpacks with educational materials and special gifts, then delivered them to a local elementary school, where they answered questions and read to students and shared words of encouragement. This hands-on effort reflects the Refinery’s commitment to fostering a love of learning and strengthening community connections.
