Community Relations Manager Barbara Graham presented the Chamber’s Founders Award to Clifton L. Johnson, a respected local businessman whose leadership and vision were instrumental in founding and expanding this meaningful city tradition. Since the event’s inception, the Refinery has proudly served as a sponsor, with employees actively supporting the celebration each year. Torrance Refining was honored with the Chamber’s Legacy Award, recognizing the company’s longstanding support of and active participation in the event.
