TFD – TORC Joint Drill

In the spirit of the holiday, Torrance Refining Company’s management team extends appreciation to the City of Torrance Fire Department (TFD) for participating in this morning’s joint Emergency Response Drill. We appreciate TFD deploying personnel and multiple engines to support the simulated structure fire scenario that was the focus of today’s drill.

These coordinated mutual aid exercises are essential to maintaining a high level of preparedness to ensure firefighters from both fire departments are trained to respond safely and effectively in the event of a real incident to protect our workers, the community, and the environment. The drill was a success, and we look forward to our joint training efforts in the new year.
